Welcome to my page!

In a month I will be two! I am much more grown up now and doing even more things for myself. I started sleeping in 'the big boys bed' last week and love it. Being a good boy I made it easy on my mum and dad and don't get up and wander around too much. My mate Rory keeps me company and when we get ready for bed Rory even has to wear jarmies too. I have come close to falling out a couple of times but I have a rail on one side, the wall on another and the cot mattress on the hard floor at the bottom if I do tumble out! My mum is very proud of me for behaving so well at bedtimes.

I have discovered the fridge and how to open it. Not escaped from my mum's beady eye to devour all its contents yet, but I am biding my time. I am usually very helpful actually and help my mum to put the shopping away or pass her things from the shelves when she is making my tea. Blumming confusing though with three different types of milk to choose from. There's mum's full fat milk, dad's half-fat (because of his belly) and my soya milk. I also like to point to all the foods in there and get my mum to name them. Actually that's one of my favourite games, I have my mum naming everything while I nod and store it up in my head for that day when I surprise everyone and start talking. One of my favourite foods at the moment is spaghetti or noodles and of course raisins. If my mum wants me to behave and sit still anywhere, out come the raisins.

I am now very good at climbing. I pulled the stair gate off the walls one day and fell down two stairs with the gate on top of me. That gave me a shock. Doesn't stop me from still climbing on anything that is accessible. I also like to dance and try to jump. My mum bought me some stuff called play doh and it took me 2 weeks to pluck up the courage to stick my fingers in it. Love it now though. My mum keeps talking about some bloke called Father Christmas and if I am good how I will get some new toys for Christmas. Haven't figured what she's really on about yet and what this Christmas thing is all about. The shops though have all these lovely twinkly lights and trees everywhere that I like to go and look at.

My Mates.
The big news is that Josh now has a baby brother called Theo. I'm not that bothered about Theo because he doesn't do anything or play cars with me. Babies are boring. My mum makes me have a look at him everytime we go round but I would rather be chasing Josh or playing with his toy garage. Josh and I love going to gymboree. We are now pretty good at climbing on all the gym apparatus and scurrying through the tunnels and the slides are great fun. We can easily spend an hour chasing each other all over the room. Just before Theo was born we went to Sentosa for the morning and made some sandcastles on the beach. Well I actually sat on the bench a lot while Josh played in the sand because I am still a bit of a scardy cat on the sand but then roles were reversed when we went in the sea. I was the brave one then. This week I went to play with Isabella who I have not seen for a long time. We had a morning in the playground at the British club and then an hour in the playroom. Isabella now has a baby sister too. My mum keeps mentioning a new baby arriving next year but I just turn deaf and keep ignoring what she is saying. I also think she's getting fat.

Kindermusik
I have now been going to Kindermusik for quite a few months now and I love it. We meet every Monday morning for an hour and all my classmates are such fun. Every week we play different instruments, games and sing songs. Last term it was all about transport, this term our theme is the house. At the end we get a stamp from our teacher Miss Janice as we have been good. My friend Kayla's auntie took these photos and sent them to my mum.

Marina Park
An update wouldn't be complete without some park photos. My dad was in the States with work so one Sunday morning my mum took me to play on the swings and also to play on my bike. I love Marina park because there are always lots of leaves to pick up and throw about.
