I was off school all over Christmas and New year. We get lots of holidays to my mum's dismay! Most of my friends from school went back to England or Australia so i didn't see many of my mates over the holidays. Thank goodness for little brothers to torment! Seany follows me every where so i do at least have someone to play chase games with and we love catapulting ourselves at breakneck speed over the sofa. Seany mis-judges it sometimes and rolls right off.

Before my school broke up for the Christmas holidays we had lots of Christmas activities. We had our Christmas concert where we sang songs for our mums and dad's. I was a snowflake and was sat at the back. Once i had finished my song i squirmed and wriggled and messed around and didn't join in with the other songs much! Afterwards i made a christmas card with my dad. My mum and some other mums also organised our class christmas party. We went to Tegan's house because she has a massive garden. It was great, the garden had slides and swings and a house and even football nets! We had to be good though and not wander into the bushes, as Tegan's house can have big pythons roaming around. One ate next doors cat once! We had a treasure hunt, some crafts, lots of food and we built a gingerbread house..... that lasted about 3 minutes before it collapsed under our less than delicate little hands, and Father Christmas came to see us too! When school ended we brought home lots of pictures that we had painted and also i made my mum and dad a christmas present, i even printed the wrapping paper and put it all proudly under our tree.

It rained quite a lot over the christmas holidays so i had to stay in and play in the house a lot. One of my favourite games is hide and seek. I always hide in the same place - under my duvet! Even Seany comes and hides under there with me now. My mum hides under our coffee table and then takes ages to get out. She looks like a turtle stuck on its back. I also like climbing in the washing basket, climbing and jumping anywhere really. I hear my mum saying her sofa's are knacked but she won't buy any new ones yet because they will have to suffer a few more years of being bounced on. Sean and i have now started on the destruction of my mum and dad's big bed.

I was 4 on New Year's day. My mum and dad went out on New Year's Eve this year and for some reason weren't very enthusiastic about my birthday at all! We went to the supermarket to buy a cake and i decorated it with gaudy icing. This was my real birthday but i had a party a week later when some of my friends came back from their holidays.

My fourth birthday was the first birthday where i had friends over for a birthday party. My mum made my birthday cake look like a bunch of balloons and i had 10 friends come over for tea and to play some games. We made party hats while we waited for people to arrive, then had egg and spoon obstacle course races, played pass the parcel, pin the nose on the snowman, tried to eat marshmallows without using our hands and had a catch a fish game before tea. We had lots of nice food like pizza and chocolate strawberries and wobbly snake jelly. Everyone sang happy birthday to me and i had to give Kasper a stern warning not to blow out my candles!

My Mates.
At New Year, Emmet came to stay for 3 days. It was great, we had so much fun. It was brilliant having someone my own age to play with all day. We played a lot round our pool and playground. Emmet's mum found loads of interesting things for us to do. We went to the zoo one day and also to the botanical gardens. I hope i can go to Bangkok soon to visit him.

Seany and i also went to Josh's fourth birthday party at his house. We played silly dancing games with Ginny and found annoying sweetie guns hidden in the garden!
