Welcome to my page!

I never knew there was so much fun to be had in one month! Our house has been transformed into a twinkly pretty sight. We have a lovely Christmas tree with lights that go on and off. I am allowed to touch the decorations to loud instructions of gently! from my mum. There are lots of cards everywhere and everyday I go and check the postbox outside our house to see if any more have arrived. There are these things called reindeers everywhere and my mum seems to like coloured tinselly pinecones. I nod my head in agreement when my mum asks me if I think I have been good all year. Nodding the head will make father Christmas come and leave me some presents so I have been told. We also had this thing called an advent calendar. Didn't quite grasp the concept that you only open one window a day. I had all 24 open by about the 3rd of December and had ripped a fair few off by the middle of the month.

Last time I told you about sleeping in a proper bed. I fell out the other night head first. Heck of a racket and had a bit of a cry which got mum and dad's attention. They even let me sleep in their bed for the first time ever, though I heard them saying the next morning never again and true to their word I was back in my own bed with Rory the next night. I think it may have had something to do with first not going to sleep till about 1 in the morning, poking them both up the nose and in the eyes when they kept falling asleep, taking up the majority of the king-sized bed and finally waking my dad up at 6am by tickling his ears.

Father Christmas did in deed come and brought me lots of new things to play with. I got an easel with a blackboard on one side and loads of diggers and plastic animals. On Christmas day I also surprised my mum and dad by speaking clearly the one word they probably did not want to hear to every thing....... NO! NO! NO!

My Mates.
This month has been fun because a lot of my mates where born in December, so there were birthday parties to go to. Also some of them had broken up from school so we had more chances to meet up and play. Josh had a great birthday get together round his house. We had a select group of Isabella, Will, myself and Josh, though I was rather put out at first at having to share Josh and his house with everyone else. His mum had a little tent full of balls for us to play in and a little paddling pool in the garden. As usual though I got stuck into Josh's new cars, one of which was remote control.

Me
I had my haircut yet again in preparation for Aunty Elaine's wedding. I have had it cut so many times now that I got this one for free. I also gorge myself on as many lollipops as possible whilst I am there which the nice hairdresser Andrew gives to me to keep me quiet. My mum also keeps finding me asleep in various places around my bedroom in the afternoon. I am very good now and once I have finished playing with my toys I will usually put myself to sleep for my afternoon nap and snuggle down in the bed under the duvet with Rory or monster.
